Single enrollment image stored as a face embedding via kiosk onboarding. Every punch selfie compared to the stored embedding by the server-side faceMatchService. Configurable minimum match score per org. Anti-spoof risk score returned on every punch attempt.
Each branch has GPS coordinates and radius configured in Masters → Branches. Employees assigned site_only mode must be within the boundary to punch. anywhere mode allows remote punches without location restrictions. Fake GPS detection flags suspicious coordinates.
Break start and break end punch types alongside standard in/out. Total break duration tracked per session. Configurable break allowance per employee. Exceeding break time flagged in the attendance report and deducted from effective hours.
Employees apply for missed or incorrect punches via the mobile app. HR or manager reviews and approves corrections in the web approval queue. Full history with requester, reviewer, original value, and corrected value maintained permanently.
Every punch analyzed for outside_geofence, fake_gps_suspected, and face_spoof_suspected flags. Flagged punches surface in the HR dashboard for review without blocking legitimate employees from completing their punch.
Late arrivals, early exits, and absences computed automatically against the employee's assigned shift. Half-day thresholds, overtime rules, grace periods, and LOP calculation all configurable per shift policy.
Shared tablet at building entrance handles Govt ID scan, face photo capture, and biometric enrollment in a single flow. Employees are onboarded with status: pending → document_verified → completed before mobile punch access is granted.
Kiosk punch operations queue locally when network is unavailable. On reconnect, the queue syncs automatically. Field employees' GPS punches also queue offline and sync in order. No attendance gaps due to connectivity issues.
